CUVITRU® atHOME®

CUVITRU atHOME is a nationwide patient support program (PSP) developed by Takeda to help people manage their CUVITRU treatment safely, effectively and independently.

The program provides your patient with access to personalised support options, including training to self-infuse CUVITRU, delivery of medical supplies, reminders and more.

As the patient's prescriber, nurse or another member of their healthcare team, you can help pick the best options to complement the support provided by your treatment centre and any prior experience your patient has with subcutaneous immunoglobulins (SCIg) like CUVITRU.
